ABOUT THE PROBLEMS OF OBSERVATION\u00a0<\/strong>AND ASSESSMENT OF THE RESEARCH AND ARTISTIC ACTIVITY CARRIED OUT BY THE UNIVERSITIES AND SCIENTIFIC ORGANIZATIONS IN BULGARIA<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Abstract. <\/strong>The article is dedicated to the problems of objective observation and accurate assessment of the research and artistic activity carried out by the universities and scientific organizations in Bulgaria. Based on an analysis of the current system, the basic requirements for achieving a qualitatively new approach based on the following objectives are formulated: the formation of a policy in the field of research, which contributes to the achievement of qualitative and competitive results, according to the National Development Strategy research and European framework programs; socio-economic impact of the results and their benefits; the possibility of creating new generation scientists; development of scientific institutions as equal partners in the European and world scientific space. This article is based on a number of official documents whose list is given in the Appendix. A system of objective and accurate evaluation of the research and artistic activity with a set of indicators and weights for obtaining the estimation, as well as a methodology for its implementation, has been proposed. This system aims to simplify the evaluation procedure and to make it transparent.<\/p>\n

Abstract<\/strong>. The present text proceeds from the concept of creative personality, which is defined by the creative talent intrinsic to every child. It is not related to a particular (artistic) activity, but to the primal capacity of every person to re-create themselves. From a pedagogical standpoint, such an assumption accepts that the upbringing of a person as a goal of instruction is conditioned by the nurturing of the creative gifts of the child. In school, group work requiers a group-appropriate approach, as well as the appropriation of regulative mechanisms by the system. The article describes some of them as functioning forms of compulsion, which disable the child to unfold its creative potential and contradict basic assumptions about education, which have remained unchanged from Antiquity to this day.<\/p>\n

Abstract. <\/strong>Health education is aimed at developing skills to create or maintain\u00a0a healthy lifestyle, voluntary adaptation to health-friendly behavior. It is seen as a\u00a0process of lifelong learning for people how to live, to maintain and improve their\u00a0own and other people\u2019s health. It is widely believed that in order to achieve the\u00a0objectives of health education, approaches, forms and methods of pedagogical\u00a0interaction should be appropriate and effective. According to a number of authors,\u00a0effective health education repeats the natural processes through which children\u00a0observe certain norms of behavior. Emphasis is placed on the discovery strategy\u00a0for the orientation of the child in a healthy and social environment, realized through\u00a0a variety of variational solutions, based on the specifics of the research march. In\u00a0a series of workshops that have the status of complementary forms of pedagogical\u00a0interaction, which define goals, bring out basic content units – a combination of\u00a0knowledge, skills and relationships that reflect key competences <\/em>as a result of\u00a0guiding the 6-7-year-old child into a healthy and social environment.<\/p>\n

Abstract. <\/strong>This research is conducted for the purpose of drawing a \u201cpicture\u201d of the\u00a0cognitive outlook contemporary students have about Europe. As a comparison basis\u00a0in the project we have Hristo Botev\u2019s knowledge of Europe from the middle of XIX\u00a0century. He is a Bulgarian revolutionary, poet, publisher and journalist. The research\u00a0includes 1312 students in internal and external state of education, interviewed in\u00a011 years. Conclusions have been made for the feature of contemporary students\u2019\u00a0knowledge about Europe in three areas \u2013 History, Culture and Terminology. An\u00a0attempt has been made to outline the author\u2019s opinion on the reasons for the students\u2019\u00a0unfavorable knowledge about Europe.<\/p>\n
