CHIMERA GROUPS AT SCHOOL AND INHERITANCE\u00a0PRACTICES: THE ABSENCE OF THE FATHER<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> The study explores the problem of chimera groups emulating criminal\u00a0groups as a new sociopedagogical reality. Regardless of the diversity of scientific\u00a0suggestions on signifying these criminal groups, we use \u2018chimera group\u2019 as a main\u00a0concept. The reason for that is the evaluative neutrality of the concept, which is\u00a0associated with deviant behavior of children and adolescents at school and with the\u00a0impossibility for this group to be detected. The concept \u2018deviance\u2019 is interpreted\u00a0in the context of the ideas of French sociological studies as presented by Pierre\u00a0Bordieu and, more specifically, through the mechanisms of \u201csociogenesis\u201d, which\u00a0is conceived as a duality of the biographical and the social in the life of adolescents\u00a0and the formation of their identity. The \u201csociogenesis\u201d of inheritance uncovers \u2018the\u00a0birth of the father\u2019 as a mechanism of production and reproduction of violence in the\u00a0chimera group. The analysis of chimera groups at schools is strongly dependent on\u00a0teachers\u2019 social sensitivity and the expansion of pedagogical discourse.<\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> The article reviews the ethical issues and conflicts arising in the\u00a0process of public program evaluation. The author analyses the ethics and ethical
conduct in the public sector and reviews the existing methodologies in the field.\u00a0Specific issues that can arise in the process of public program evaluation are
considered, providing examples from the educational sector. Different perspectives\u00a0and approaches are given regarding the ethical conflicts in the field that arise in the\u00a0process of evaluating. The author offers a set of qualities that the evaluators should\u00a0have to be able to conduct ethically correct evaluations of public programs.<\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> Reflections on the nature and logic of the indicator average grade,\u00a0calculated as an arithmetic mean, are presented. Certain issues are concerned – on
