Abstract.<\/strong> The paper deals with the sport participation as a social tool and anenvironment for achieving sustainable social change and impact on school students.It builds on the relationship between the concepts of social inclusion, socialchange and holistic social development through participation in sport activities. Itis contended that sport participation provides a considerable transforming impactin regard to the social development. This process becomes possible through awell coordinated network of institutional policies comprising various structures,objectives, priorities, resources and programme activities which provide services,promote and regulate certain norms of social behaviours. The creation of socialbenefi ts through participation in sport and learning activities is viewed as both animportant societal resource and a form of social legacy. It is related with building ofand transformation of youth participants\u2019 diverse interests, social identities, bestowalof social meaning to activities, trust in and legitimacy of the agents of change. Thesustainable participation in informal and\/or organised sport and learning activitiesshould be viewed simultaneously as: i) continuous process; ii) an environment forcreating both social space and identifi cation of adolescents based on a permanentneed for different in type, time, place and context challenges between them; iii)shared practical experience that leads to the creation of profound and meaningfulrelationships between them; iv) a series of interactions and positive experiences;and v) changing identities and social perceptions. The benefi t itself is not containedin the proposed sport activities, but rather in the ways children and school studentsbenefi t from them in their lives. Adolescents, in turn, are considered simultaneouslya source of subjective perceptions and mediators of resources of social type. Socialbehaviours of the adolescents are not path-dependent but a product of how theyinterpret diverse situations that sport participation provides them. It leads not onlyto interactions but to confrontations between adolescents\u2019 perceptions, identitiesand interests as well. The driving force is the social identifi cation and the need forcreating constant social challenges. It is a complex mechanism for transformationof identity which makes adolescents susceptible to the assignment of their personalidentity to the collective identity, and this is what makes possible the manifestationof collective social behavior in sport environment. The paper also provides asnapshot of the characteristics of different sport context based programs for socialinclusion and social change. It concludes with presenting the process of creationand activation of benefi ts deriving from sport participation as a form of socialentrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> Important place among professional and pedagogical qualities and abilities takes the communicative competence of the sports pedagogue. It implies effective interaction with students in the teaching – learning process or good communicative culture. Communicative competence of the physical education teacher is implemented by two main groups means \u2013 verbal and non-verbal that occur in a specifi c way in the training process. In the recent years increasingly discussed is the question for enhancing interactivity in physical education and sport and application of various interactive methods, means, approaches and forms of education. The most used interactive methods in physical education and sport are play method and its varieties, discussion, brainstorming, case study, and others. Distribution in education has also team organization of the training process. It is based on group work that requires

Abstract.<\/strong> The system for validation of non-formal and informal acquiredvocational knowledge skills and competences in Bulgaria was established in2014, with some amendments in Vocational education and training law. The articlepresents some features of Bulgarian system in comparison with validation systemin other European countries.The System for validation was developed and tested during the project \u201cNewopportunity for my future\u201d. More than 3000 citizens receive certifi cates for vocationalcompetences acquired outside the schools or universities. More than 1000 experts,teachers and trainers were trained to use new tools. The article presents somechallenges to the VET system regarding introducing the validation. The benefi tsof validation of non-formal and informal acquired competences in favor of labourmobility, access to continue training, better staff recruitment are being explained.<\/p>\n
