Abstract.<\/strong> Based on the analysis of the results of an interview with pedagogy students the positive effects of the integration of formal and informal approaches in higher education in the \ufb01eld of \u201cPedagogicalSciences\u201d are demonstrated. On the same basis a bridge to the informal teacher training is built. It is expected that the increased quality of the higher education in Pedagogical Sciences will lead to the improvement of literacy of Bulgarian students.<\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> The topic of this article is readiness for reading and writing of the children from the preparatory groups in kindergartens. The focus is on diagnosing the skills in sound analysis, recognizing print letters and the level of completeness of the \ufb01 ne motive skills. It traces the achieved level of each of the three components of the readiness for studying Bulgarian language. The article indicates some alternative methodicalvariants which can possibly help studying Bulgarian as native language in kindergartens and the preparation of the children for mastering reading and writing as basic learning processes.<\/p>\n
