pupils traveling from small towns and villages in Blagoevgrad region to study at schools in Blagoevgrad. The social adaptation is considered in two aspects: in personal aspect and in school aspect. The hypothesis of how sociocultural conditions in\ufb02 uence each of the two aspects of the study is being checked. Empirical information is obtained by self-assessment survey of 51 pupils traveling to schools in Blagoevgrad. The results show absence of speci\ufb01 c adaptation dif\ufb01 culties of the traveling pupils. The high Grade Point Average (GPA) of the traveling pupils fosters their social integration in the new school. It can be said that girls are more adaptable. The purpose of this article is to make an overview of secondaryeducation funding in Bulgaria as well as the positive and negative impacts ofits implementation. The tool of delegated budgets is considered relatively newmechanism for allocating funds to secondary and preschool education.Delegated budgets system emerges from the idea to optimize distributing \ufb01nancial recourses in secondary education. This mechanism is based on legal and sub-legislative regulations and organizational structure. The implementation of this tool is founded on budget law; it determines the Ministry, which superintends the school, as the primary distributor of funds. Schools and operational departments in public education, applying delegated budgeting, have the right to be distributors of secondary importance with budget credits and independent budgets, by decision of municipality councils.<br \/>Achievements:<br \/>1. Decentralization in the \ufb01 eld of education. It\u2019s organized on three levels of delegating rights, responsibilities and governing resources: central \u2013 local authority, local authority \u2013 school, school \u2013 board of trustees.<br \/>2. Clear mechanism of allocating municipality budget, creating conditions for regulated relations between municipalities and schools.<br \/>3. Greater power of decision making by school authorities. In the centerof the efforts of institutions in the partner network are the interests, needs, differences,and competencies of children and school students. It is unveiled that the motivation for ahealthy and active lifestyle is a complex social puzzle where understanding of one aspectdoes not automatically solve another. It also becomes clear that it is a joint venture andequal resource investment between kindergarten \/ school \/ sports organisation and the end bene\ufb01 ciary \u2013 the child \/ the school student. The bene\ufb01 t itself is not contained in theproposed sport activities, but rather in the ways children and school students bene\ufb01tfrom them in their lives. Such an interpretation presents educational institutions andsport organisations not as the primary deliverers of bene\ufb01 ts, but rather creators of asuitable environment and conditions enabling the process of social interaction to becomepossible. Adolescents, in turn, are considered simultaneously a source of subjectiveperceptions and mediators of resources of social type.
