It is connected with spreading of catholic ideas and with the preparation and realization of uprising in Chiprovtsi 1688. After it\u2019s rout descendant of Peyachevich family settled in the lands of today\u2019s Croatia, Hungary and Serbia. The Peyachevich Counts from Virovitichko-Nashitse\u2019s branch left the most stable trace in the political, economical, public and cultural life of Croatia. The article presents the amazing biography of Joseph Meissner \u2013 a student at Vienna Academy fo Fine Arts of Czech origin. During the revolution of 1848, Meissner took part in three uprisings in different parts of the Habsburg Empire. After fall of the revolution he was forced to leave the country and under\u00a0 false name and travelling to the east, he finally reached the Bulgarian lands. This article aims to shed some light on the allied relations between Romans and Barbarians of the era of the Late Antiquity. In the late 70s of the IVth century the Goths were forced out from their dwellings in the South Russian steppes to the northern borders of the Roman Empire by the advancing hunnish hordes, thus becoming an imminent threat for the Roman bordering regions. A foedus was stroke between Romans and Goths and on its terms the latter were given the chance to cross the Danubian limes and settle on Roman land as foederati. A series of misfortunate decisions led to a Gothic uprising in the hearth of the Empire. The death of Emperor Valens (364\u2013378) in the Battle of Hadrianopolis in 378 AD, the accession of Theodosius (379\u2013395) and the taming of the Scythians in 382 AD, led to a new phase in the allied relations between Romans and Barbarians. A phase marked by the barbarization of the Roman military, administrative and political systems. Peaceful migrations of barbarians into the Roman Empire did occur, and the migrants became Romanized. During Rome&#8217;s decline in the 300s and into the 400s a &#8222;composite society&#8220; a mix of Romans and barbarians, was forming on the Empire&#8217;s frontiers. The Roman government demonstrated continuous steps towards favoring its Gothic foederati as a preferable partner in both its foreign and domestic policies The study is based on a vast variety of literal and archeological evidence; on both modern studies and ancient texts, left by the people involved in the regarded events. The majority of authors and documents cited are well known, and cover the allied relations between Romans and Barbarians in a span of a hundred years. The Barbarian foederati and magistrates which, in time, formed the elite of the Roman military are regarded bellow: their role in defending and expanding the borders of the Empire and least but not It served not only to satisfy religious\u00a0 needs: it also re\ufb02ected the growing national self- awareness of the Bulgarian residents of Hungary. This historical and spiritual foundation enabled construction of the church to begin. Construction costs were covered by donations from Bulgarian community of Hungary. The\u00a0 Office of the Mayor of Budapest donated a plot of land 22,982.368 square feet (about half an acre) in size on Vagohid Street in the city\u2019s 9th district. Construction of the church, designed by Hungarian architect Aladar Arkay, began in 1931 and was finished by May 1932. This church is the only religious structure in Hungary constructed in Byzantine style. The designs called for a basilica shaped like a cross, with a high dome resting on a round drum. The altar apse is hemispherical. The present article studies the Museum\u2019s 60 years old history, its periods of development and challenges the museum\u2019s staff had in the past and has today. During its 60 years of existence the Museum has gained over 54 000 units stored in its main, secondary and exchange funds; different collections have been established. 72 archeological sites have been researched situated within the whole territory of the Pernik region. 25 immovable cultural monuments have been restored. The Regional Historical Museum of Pernik has realized over 500 exhibitions showed as to the citizens of Pernik, as to other cities in the country and abroad; it has organized numerous scientific conferences. Long lived studies of the Museum specialists have been published as monographs, in specialized collections and in the Regional Museum of History \u2013 Pernik\u2019s Proceedings. Numbers of documentaries dedicated to researching and promoting of local historical events, archeological and architectural sites, churches, rituals, etc. have been shot.
