THE LEGACY OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"style1\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong>. Bulgaria is one of the countries in Europe with a well developed public preschool education for children of age between 3 and 7. Renowned educationalists and statesmen are in the base of the theoretical, practical and legislative activity for its development as an integral part of the education system. This refl ects on every law for the development of the education system since 1880. In 1934 a special Degree-Law for preschool education is passed, which is a valued contribution in the preschool legislature. The law was barely enforced, mainly because the government did not fund the establishment of new facilities. Hence, their number rises with a slow pace. The wars, crises, natural and social calamities became one of the reasons why many childcare facilities stopped functioning. At the end of the Second World War in 1944, only 234 kindergartens functioned in whole Bulgaria. During the peaceful post-war period, gradually new childcare facilities were established, in accordance with the economical state of the country. In 1990 the existing 4590 preschool facilities were able to accept almost every child in a kindergarten. The political and economical changes after 1989, as well as migration and demographic changes, had a negative impact on the preschool education. From 1990 to 2008 the number of kindergartens has decreased from 4590 to 2291. Now families have to wait in line in order to have their children accepted in a kindergarten. New structures are being built, but they will hardly meet the needs of the young families. In coherence with the increase in the acceptance coverage of the kindergartens, the educative material provided is also constantly renewed. New programs, methodological instructions and guidelines for management of childcare facilities are being elaborated. Since many years all the preschool teachers must obtain a university degree. WORLD&nbsp;(45 Methodical Techniques for Preschool Preparation)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract. <\/strong>The assimilation of elements from the mathematical system of signs<br \/> (fi gures, signs) is one of the tasks of the mathematical and the psychomotor preparation of children for school. This article presents the theoretically empirical research of the process of studying fi gures and the preparation for their writing by children between 3 and 7 years of age. Fundamental problems from the practice and the educational materials have been systematized. \u201cThe writing of fi gures\u201c prior to school has been defined as a methodical problem. A didactic system model for the formulation of ideas in children about fi gures as a graphic representation of numbers is presented. The model has 6 modules and 45 techniques, which directly correspond to the didactic techniques for assimilation the new concept. New sensor techniques are demonstrated \u2013 \u201csimulation of figures with fingers\u201c, \u201cmagic writing on sand\u201c, \u201cwriting fi gures on a schematic template\u201c, etcetera. The system of problems provided is based on theoretical achievements of methodology experience in the area. It systemizes a relatively unifi ed algorithm for fi rst grade mathematic problems solving. The algorithm comprises fi ve stages : 1. Analyzing the conditions 2. Choosing an arithmetic action 3.Recording the solution 4.Formulating the answer 5. Checking the solution orally. Working with text problems is divided into two periods \u2013 subtle (during the period of learning how to read and write) and real. For achieving this goal I use the methods: theoretical analysis, content analysis, analysis of the questions, quantative analysis. From the results, it is obvious that the problem for the children\u2019s interests towards the nature and the subject \u201cMan and Nature\u201c are underestimated in the current textbooks. children\u2019s ability to solve creative tasks, to discover and to create new, unusual images, to modify and to combine ideas and knowledge in an untraditional, even \u201csurreal\u201c, way. The objective of the alternative programme introduced in the article is analyzing and determining the extent to which certain artistic techniques, used in art lessons, trigger seven-year-olds\u2019 imagination. The use of proper artistic techniques is a way of awakening the inventor \u201csleeping\u201c in every child. The painting is a mean of expression, an expression of a child\u2019s soul. It is a language, a sign with its own spirit, style, and signature.<br \/> When engaged with artistic activities, children perform complex mental operations; they analyze, differentiate their main characters\u2019 deeds and relationships. In this process children reveal motives for defi nite kinds of behaviour, classify characters\u2019 actions referring to certain norms and values.<br \/>The effectiveness of the used techniques depends on the tasks assigned, on pupils\u2019 motivation, and on the organization of both the teacher and the students.
